Candidate Insights Powered by ProboTalent

Candidate Insights delivers AI-powered screening at the top of your hiring funnel to surface qualified candidates instantly. Assessments and reference checks are sent automatically when candidates apply, revealing skills, fit, and potential fraud before manual screening begins. AI Interview Transcripts and Summaries

Sync Internal & Unlisted Roles from Lever to the AI Interview Companion Platform 

We’ve expanded the Lever → AI Interview Companion (AIIC) platform integration to give you more control over which roles sync into AIIC. In addition to standard external roles, you can now choose to sync Internal and Unlisted/Undisclosed roles when using the Import All Roles setting. This ensures teams that hire confidentially or manage internal mobility programs can still benefit from AIIC interview tools. "Interview Intelligence" is now "Interview Companion" and "Interview Transcripts and Summaries"

Enable for Newly Created Jobs Setting 

When enabling Interview Transcripts and Summaries, you can now automatically enable/disable Interview Companion for all newly created jobs. See AI Interview Transcripts and Summaries Lite for more information. 

Get Lever Guides sent to Interview Companion with Ratings Enhancement

Interview ratings (scores) now sync back into Lever from the AI Interview Companion platform. 

Lever Interview Sync Enhancement

Interviews for newly created jobs in Lever now sync automatically after the initial sync completes.

AI Interview Companion Platform

New Interview & Intake Guide Creation Experience 

We’ve enhanced the Interview Guides area with a more flexible way to create, organize, and use guides across your hiring process. You can now add a new guide using the “Add New Guide” button and choose between two guide types: Interview Guide or Intake Guide. Intake Guides can be used when scheduling Intake Meetings with Hiring Managers, allowing you to configure structured sections, questions, and form elements to support consistent, high-quality intake conversations. A new guide-type filter also makes it easier to find and manage your guides. Once you choose the guide type, you’ll be taken directly into the guide builder to start creating your structure, skills, and questions.

One-Click Candidate Consent Opt-Out Email

We’ve improved the Candidate Consent workflow by adding an easy, one-click opt-out option for candidates. When the Candidate Consent Email setting is enabled, candidates will automatically receive an email before their interview with a clear explanation of AI usage and a direct link to opt out; no recruiter follow-up required. Once the candidate clicks the link, their preference is immediately recorded in AI Interview Companion, ensuring interviews aren’t recorded or analyzed by AI.

Translate Interview Summary and Transcript to 17 Languages 

We’ve introduced the ability to translate interviews into 17 different languages, including the summary, transcript, and AI Interview Companion Chatbot responses. The summary will automatically appear in the language spoken during the interview, and users can switch to any of the 17 supported languages with a single click, making interviews more accessible for global teams.

Candidate Transparency makes personalized feedback easy, and Loss Risk flags indicate when top candidates might drop out, allowing you to act quickly to keep them engaged. It’s about helping you hire faster while treating candidates better.

Screening Companion Agent

The AI Screening Companion is a widget or agent that sits on top of the Lever ATS and proactively provides screening-related insights, with the ability to offer next steps or recommendations based on those insights. The first types of screening insights to be displayed to users will be around Talent Fit. See Screening Companion Agent for more information. 

Candidate Transparency Post Application

As a Recruiter, I want to generate personalized emails for rejected candidates, offering feedback to improve the candidate experience and save time in my hiring process. By following existing workflows to archive and email a single candidate, you can generate a personalized disposition email for that candidate. Candidate Loss Risk

This feature helps recruiters and hiring managers proactively identify top candidates who are at high risk of dropping out of the hiring process. By analyzing candidate quality signals, communication patterns, and workflow progress, the system flags at-risk candidates and provides timely, actionable recommendations to re-engage them. This enables recruiting teams to take strategic action such as accelerating feedback, initiating outreach, or scheduling next steps to prevent talent loss, reduce time to fill, and improve conversion rates from screening to hire.
