The Candidate Loss Risk feature helps recruiters and hiring managers proactively identify top candidates who are at high risk of dropping out of the hiring process. By analyzing candidate quality signals, communication patterns, and workflow progress, the system flags at-risk candidates and provides timely, actionable recommendations to re-engage them. This enables recruiting teams to take strategic action such as accelerating feedback, initiating outreach, or scheduling next steps to prevent talent loss, reduce time to fill, and improve conversion rates from screening to hire.

Candidates who pass both recruiter screening and the first interview will be included in loss risk evaluation regardless of their Talent Fit status because passing both these stages indicates that the candidate is a strong fit for the job.
