Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header.

Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page to expand the dashboard list.

Candidate Sentiment

NOTE: The metrics "Candidate Sentiment" and "Candidate Talk Time" will only populate data for customers who have purchased the AI Interview Transcripts & Summary Unlimited. It will show no results for customers who have the AI Interview Transcripts & Summary Lite.

This chart analyzes phrases throughout the interview to identify when the candidate's sentiment appears to change. This sentiment, then, is correlated with topic changes, providing insight into the reasons for any changes.

Candidate Talk Time

This chart shows how much interviewers talk vs. candidates. It is recommended to give candidates 75% of the Interview time to shine. This allows them to adequately share their skills and qualifications.
