Setup and Use AI Interview Transcripts and Summaries Unlimited

NOTE: All customers who use any AI features in Lever will have the AI Disclaimer Statement Feature enabled automatically. Please see for AI Disclaimer Statement for more information. 

Integration Setup

NOTE: You must be an admin in your AI Interview Companion organization to install the Lever integration.

In the AI Interview Companion platform, navigate to Settings and click Lever.
 

Click Install Lever Integration. 

You will be redirected to Lever to complete the integration authorization. Follow the prompts to install, and you will be taken back to the AI Interview Companion platform.

You will receive a success message indicating that the integration has been installed, and you will be redirected back to the Lever integration page in the AI Interview Companion platform.

On this page, you can either import all roles (jobs) or select the individual roles (jobs) you would like to sync. 

• Selecting Import all roles lets you choose whether to sync External, Internal, and/or Unlisted (undisclosed) roles. 
• Selecting Choose roles individually will only pull candidates for the specified roles into the AI Interview Companion platform.

Using the Integration

To use the integration, select the roles that you would like to sync and use the AI Interview Companion platform as intended. NOTE: If you have already set up the role sync but would like to make adjustments, you can also follow these steps. 

Navigate to Settings > ATS Integrations > Lever > Sync all roles. 

You can then choose from the following role type(s):

• External roles
• Internal roles
• Unlisted roles

Once enabled, the AI Interview Companion platform will sync the selected role types during the next automatic sync. 

NOTE: If you already had role types selected, but you made changes, any roles in the AI Interview Companion platform that no longer match your selected role types will be automatically closed to keep your workspace clean and accurate. 

Auto Population of Roles from Lever

To make using the AI Interview Companion platform even easier, the integration will automatically update role data from Lever. This data includes:

• The date the role was opened
• The date the role was closed (if applicable)
• The current status of the role
• The hiring team

Auto Population of Candidates from Lever

Whenever a candidate applies to your Lever posting, they will appear in the AI Interview Companion platform, along with their resume and relevant URLs. If you are using a calendar integration, all of the interviews will be automatically recorded. If not, you can schedule interviews on the AI Interview Companion platform.

Automatic Scorecard Completion

During interviews conducted with the AI Interview Companion platform, the interviewer can react to skills and questions listed on the scorecard. When the interview is over, AI Interview Transcripts and Summaries will add the interviewer's feedback directly to Lever.

FAQs

Q. How does the AI Interview Companion platform work for on-site interviews?

A. You could dial in via a phone or computer to an on-site interview, but it is not optimized for on-site interviews.

Q. Does the AI Interview Companion platform support Google Meet? 

A. Google Meet is supported as an available interview platform for the AI Interview Transcripts and Summaries. At this time, all features except for the in-interview guide experience are available.

Disable Integration

1. In the AI Interview Companion platform, go to Settings > Lever to access the Lever integration page. 

2. Click Uninstall Lever Integration.

3. When prompted, click Uninstall.
