The AI Screening Companion Agent is a widget that sits on top of the Lever ATS and will proactively provide screening-related insights with the ability to provide next steps or recommendations based on those insights.

Screening Companion Agent
For AI Companion, first add it to the user's role by navigating to your user menu, then select Settings.
Select Candidate Texting > AI Companion > AI Screening Companion.
Once enabled, the AI Companion widget will appear in the top-right corner.
During the first login of the day, Lever will show insights into Talent fit, highlighting candidates who are a strong match and jobs that have been open for long durations. Example: Talent Fit insight - Job Senior Product Manager has been open for over 30 days, typically longer than average. Talent Fit has matched one candidate for this job; the candidate should be reviewed and scheduled for an interview.

- Currently, it will only show screening-related insights around Talent Fit candidates and Candidate Loss Risk.
- Insights are run and generated nightly so that no new insights will appear until the next day.
