Visual Insights: Talent Fit Dashboard

The Visual Insights: Talent Fit Dashboard provides a clear view of how AI-powered candidate matching enhances your recruiting by highlighting efficiency gains, performance benchmarks, and business impact, enabling you to demonstrate value and optimize outcomes. New Integration: ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter enables Lever customers to share jobs to ZipRecruiter through a dedicated feed that supports ZipApply, screening questions, EEO forms, and disposition sync—making it easier for candidates to apply, helping employers collect key information upfront, and sharing candidate status with ZipRecruiter.

Talent Fit usable for Lever EU Customers

AI Disclaimer Statement

The AI usage disclosure message allows admins to either use a default message or create a customized disclosure message that will be displayed on the Job Posting and Career site, informing potential applicants that AI may be used during the hiring process. Learn more about how to set up the statement here.

Onboarding

Our Lever <> Onboarding integration bridges the gap between candidate selection and employee readiness, creating a seamless flow of information and a best-in-class new hire experience. The integration automatically transfers key candidate data—such as personal details and job details from the ATS directly into the onboarding system once the new hire is moved to Onboarding. This eliminates duplicate data entry, reduces manual errors, and ensures every new hire starts with accurate, up-to-date information. Learn more about the Onboarding integration here.
