Our Spring 2025 product release will roll out progressively to Lever accounts in May 2025. Below, you will find the descriptions and help center articles for each feature included in the release, along with additional resources to help you prepare for upcoming changes.

Talent Fit in Lever

Talent Fit automatically identifies top-matched candidates based on job requirements, providing clear justification for each match. This helps recruiters quickly focus on high-potential applicants, saving time and streamlining the hiring process. Learn more about this feature within our help article for Talent Fit for Lever

ROI Dashboard

ROI Dashboard provides talent acquisition leaders with dynamic ROI dashboards that highlight the business impact of their hiring efforts. By offering transparent metrics and actionable insights, this feature empowers customers to optimize processes, justify investments, and drive better outcomes with Lever. Consolidated Opportunities data model

A single, unified data model streamlines the process of creating custom reports, making it easier for DE users to extract the specific insights their business requires. From the Opportunities data set, users can now see additional tables and fields relating to Requisitions and Postings. (Resources for this to be published soon!)

Employee Referrals update

Lever’s new Employee Referrals add-on includes automated eligibility calculations and customizable expiration settings, reducing manual work for recruiters. Instead of manually verifying referral bonus eligibility, teams can rely on standardized rules to determine it automatically. Expiration settings ensure referrals remain valid for the right timeframe, keeping programs efficient and organized. These updates make referral management easier, more scalable, and more effective for employee-driven hiring. Learn more in these articles:

Indeed Disposition Sync

The Indeed Disposition Sync feature will share the candidate disposition status to Indeed. This will allow the candidates to view their application status within the Indeed platform. This will also enable Indeed to create better visibility of your team's jobs and increase the quality of applications received. Find out more in our Indeed Disposition Sync article!

Indeed Apply EEO and Screening questions

Screening and EEO questions will now be included when candidates apply through Indeed Apply! This will be automatically added for customers using Indeed Apply. Found out more about this in our Indeed article!

Post to Global Job Board Selection via Paid Posting Marketplace

By integrating with a marketplace of paid job boards, recruiters can post to a variety of niche, geography-specific, or industry-specific platforms directly from Lever, without needing to leave the platform.

VONQ Cost per Application (CPA)+ powered by LinkedIn

This will be available in Lever's brand new Job Board Marketplace. Powered by AI and exclusive to JazzHR and Lever, VONQ CPA+ handles initial interviews, knock-out questions, and candidate scoring -- delivering a complete applicant dossier with resume, interview transcript, and evaluation scores.
