AI Interview Companion Enhancements

New capabilities include standardized, role-specific questions, structured feedback prompts, automatic syncing of interview guides from Lever, support for unlisted jobs, multi-language transcript translations, and candidate consent management for interview recordings. Onboarding Improvements
Added support for Undo Hire, allowing recruiters or HR admins to revert a candidate’s Hire & Onboarding status when employment can’t proceed, along with expanded attribute mapping between Lever and Onboarded to include Requisition Department and Work Type on the employee record.
