Setting up the Wellfound integration

Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Wellfound to install this integration. |
- In Wellfound, sign in to an account connected to your company profile
- Navigate to https://angel.co/recruit/ats
- Select Lever as your preferred ATS at the bottom of the page
- Click Proceed to Lever.com
- On the next page, sign in with your admin login credentials
- Review the list of requested permissions; click Accept
- You will be presented with a list of jobs to connect; review, accept, or reject the jobs and click next to complete the connection

Connecting Lever custom questions to existing Wellfound accounts
- In Wellfound, sign in to an account connected to your company profile
- Navigate to https://angel.co/recruit/ats
- Scroll to 'Add Custom Questions' at the bottom of the page
- Click Proceed to Lever.com
- Sign in with your Lever admin login credentials on the next page
- The connection is now complete
Using the Wellfound integration
Adding Salary or Equity to the job on Wellfound
After you sync your roles, on Wellfound, navigate to Jobs from the top toolbar and add a salary or equity for each ATS synced job post to prevent limited distribution. Please follow this guide: How do I add a salary or equity range for a job post?

Custom Questions
Your job postings will include any custom questions added to Lever once this change is finalized. The questions are visible to the candidates applying but will not show directly on our Job editing pages. To add custom questions to your job posts, you must do this when signed into Lever. To learn more, refer to our help article on adding custom application questions. If you have difficulty authorizing the connection, you may not be an admin. Reach out to a current admin for assistance.
Disabling the Wellfound integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the 'Authorized Apps' tab, locate the Wellfound app
- Click Revoke Access to disable the integration
