December 30, 2020

  • Extension: LinkedIn "Add link" functionality has been restored

December 29, 2020

  • Extension: When a candidate is sourced from LinkedIn through the Chrome extension, their candidate profile will show that they were sourced "via LinkedIn"
  • Extension: When a candidate is created via the Chrome extension with a manually added URL, the URL will now persist to the profile

December 17, 2020

  • Easy Book: Issues impacting O365 users has been resolved, and availability blocks should now load properly.

December 3, 2020

  • Resolves an issue where clients authenticated to the data-api via OAuth were not able to delete notes or card templates originally created via the API.

November 26, 2020

  • Added parameter validation to the list requisitions endpoint to handle a failing case where more than 20 requisition codes are provided with array indices. It is recommended not to provide indices for array parameters.

November 17, 2020

  • Stages that were incorrectly showing a 0 count in the pipeline will now display correctly
    Archive reasons that were incorrectly showing a 0 count will now display correctly.

November 16, 2020

  • [Chrome Extension] When trying to create a referral via the extension, users might've run into the "Please include a name for this referral" error even if the name field was populated. The issue has been identified and addressed, and the functionality has been restored.

November 10, 2020

  • [Automation Workflows] Previously, when a user created an export and navigated to the Automation Workflows page, the notification content would disappear. This issue has been resolved.

November 8, 2020

  • [Chrome Extension] Previously, phone numbers were shown on the candidate profile but not via the extension. That issue has been resolved.

November 5, 2020

  • [Feedback Summary]: Previously, updates to interviews or interview panels could result in in-line feedback scores to be offset, where the score shown in the row and the score shown on-hover did not match. This issue has been resolved, and the two should always match and be correct even as updates are made. The prior fix resolved this issue within an interview panel, and this fix resolves this issue across interview panels as well.

  • Zoom: Improve round-robin logic when rescheduling meetings to prevent meeting conflicts for host users.

  • Fixed a bug where a deleted or disabled diversity survey could still sometimes be sent to candidates.
  • Updated our SAML integration to accept x509 authentication methods, such as fingerprint scanners.

  • The ability to delete an email address from a profile via the Chrome Extension has been restored.

October 16, 2020

  • Update email headers to meet the RFC5322 requirement.
    Solves an issue where Offer Approval emails were not being received for some of our customers.
  • Visual Insights - The "Preview Visual Insights" button is now correctly disabled for LTMs and TMs. These users will continue to see a 404 page if they attempt to navigate directly to Visual Insights.

  • [Email Editor] A bug causing the 'Send' button to appear "stuck" has been resolved. This happened when email permissions were not enabled. The error was suppressed and not surfaced in a user-friendly manner. That has been corrected, and a modal is now shown whenever this error occurs.

  • "Feedback Summary": Previously, completed feedback scores would sometimes be displayed incorrectly where the score shown in the row and the score shown on-hover did not match. This issue has been resolved, and the two should always match and be correct even as other panelists submit feedback.

  • Automation Hub: emails will correctly display candidate's first name and/or full name, as specified.

  • Improved performance when a limited team member views all candidates for a pipeline.

  • LinkedIn: Job locations are now accurately being set. Previously, all locations were being shown as to San Francisco, CA.
  • Profile Score Summary: Users should now see the correct 'custom score' on a feedback form when hovering over the score in the feedback summary section.

  • Candidate placeholder text fields are now optional.

September 15, 2020

  • Text candidate placeholders have been updated with the following changes:
    - They take up the entire width of the document.
    - The maximum length of a one-line text placeholder is approximately 82 characters
    - You can now specific multiline text placeholders.

    The new format for multiline text placeholders is {lever:text:label:number of lines}

    Examples:
    {lever:text:foo} = A one line text with label foo
    {lever:text:bar:1} = A one line text with label bar
    {lever:text:baz:5} = A 5 line text with label baz

    Limitations:
    - the number of lines assume a height of around 12-13px so you must adjust higher or lower based on your chosen font size.
    - the label must never contain spaces.

  • Resume Previews: Users should now be able to view resume previews through the candidate profile and the resume review session.

September 4, 2020

  • Offers: When a O365 user receives an email limit error sending an offer with a large attachment, it is now possible to remove the large attachment and attempt to send the offer again.

  • Requisitions and Offers: Fixed a bug where a single offer could reserve more than one headcount on a requisition.

August 25, 2020

  • Opportunities: When multiple opportunities are selected, and then archived, all opportunities are now successfully archived. Previously, only the first opportunity was successfully archived.

August 14, 2020

  • Fixed the date picker for survey and EEO exports to always export the same data, regardless of the time at which the export is done.

August 11, 2020

  • API: The resumes API now returns an error when a file of an invalid extension is provided.

August 6, 2020

  • LTI: Improved stability of nightly data refresh process.

August 4, 2020

  • Rescheduling Interviews: When an interview panel is rescheduled, the candidate-facing calendar event's description is now persisted, instead of having to re-type/update the candidate-facing notes.
  • Fix issue that was causing some Opportunity profiles to render blankly.

August 3 - 27, 2020

  • Automation Workflows: 1 trigger, 1 archive action: Updated logic and informative UI to prevent multiple archive reason on the same opportunity.

July 28, 2020

  • Search Hired Candidates: Users with SIP can advance search hired candidates with applicable access.

July 15, 2020

  • An error was caused by files that were invalid and not properly converted. The fix does the following:
    1. `https://api.lever.co/v1/opportunities/:opportunity-id/resumes/:resume-id` now includes a `status` field, which an be one of the following values: processing, processed, unsupported, error, or null.
    2. `https://api.lever.co/v1/opportunities/:opportunity-id/resumes/:resume-id/download` will return a `422 - Unprocessable Entity`

  • Offers: We will no longer display an error when a user with Sensitive Information Privileges for Offers tries to edit the company signatory on an offer.

  • SIP: When updating a user's role or permissions, the save button for some users wouldn’t show up. This has been fixed and helpful tooltips have been added indicating if the changes selected are invalid or incomplete.

  • API: On the candidate and opportunities endpoints, the include_deleted=true parameter now works in paginated results.
  • When trying to update the settings for certain Lever users with linked profiles, the page would display a 500 error. The root cause was found, and this should no longer be an issue. If impacted users were unlinked from their profiles, it is now safe to re-link them.

  • Resolved an issue where failing to parse a resume when creating a new candidate or opportunity would return an error 500. The failure to parse the resume will no longer cause the candidate/opportunity creation to return an error which is as was the behavior previously.

  • Partner Integrations: Professional and Enterprise integrations are now clearly indicated on the Partner Integrations settings page.

  • Users: It is now possible to add new users to Lever and link the new user to an existing profile as part of that process.

  • Linked users can no longer be set as a follower of their profile. For organizations that had "Automatically follow Profiles" enabled in settings, Internal applicants won't automatically follow their profile.

  • API: /uploads now correctly supports filenames containing unicode characters, thus ensuring that the file reference can be stored using /postings/apply and the file retrieved by a user in Lever.

  • Sync with Google calendar has been significantly improved to ensure that corresponding information in Lever is always up to date. Additionally, previously, when calendar events were associated with accounts of deactivated users, calendar events did not update to reflect changed users, now these sync.

  • Postings API: The resume file will be added to the opportunity even if it cannot be parsed. Previously, these would have resulted in the API returning an error.

  • Users that had SIP configured before the granular SIP UI changes can now see their permissions correctly.

April 21, 2020

  • API: All dates for offers, profile forms (cards), and requisitions are now returned in a standard timezone, UTC (GMT). This means that wherever in the world a team is located, Lever's API will always return a timezone agnostic date.
