New and highly-anticipated features coming in July 2020
Fast resume review: Screen your applicants faster at the top of the funnel. This dedicated new feature will present the applicant’s profile, lets the recruiter take action from a set of options, and remember those options for future applicants. Enable recruiters to evaluate and and act on a higher volume of inbound applicants from your job site more quickly. This functionality will be available as a part of Lever's Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Learn more inour help article on screening applicants using Fast Resume Review.
Block repeat applicants: Often candidates may apply to the same job multiple times, resulting in lost time for recruiters who must review each application. This feature allows you to configure the timeframe within which applicants are blocked for submitting a repeat application to the same job. Candidates that attempt to reapply to the same job will be presented with a friendly, informational message communicating that they have already submitted an application recently and providing guidance based on the configured timeframe for when the candidate can reapply. This functionality will be available as a part of Lever's Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Learn more in our help article on enabling EEO questions and exporting candidate responses.
New and enhanced native integrations: New native integrations with Yello, Criteria Corp, and Betts Recruiting are available within the Lever application.
Summer Release functionality coming in August 2020
Multiple diversity surveys:
Multiple Diversity Surveys in Lever allows your organization to collect and report on demographic data from candidates by asking questions that accurately reflect their position on gender, race, and ethnicity - while creating a welcoming experience for candidates.
In this release, we've added the ability to configure multiple diversity surveys. This enables organizations who survey applicants across the globe and must comply with differing laws on diversity data collection to feel confident that they’re asking the appropriate set of questions to every applicant. Additionally, you may choose to allow candidate’s to self-identify their own location and then display the corresponding diversity survey. This functionality will be available as a part of Lever's Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Learn more in our help article on diversity surveys.
Additional new and enhanced native integrations: New native integrations with EBI and Certn are available within the Lever application.
