Tags in Onboarding

In Onboarded, Tags are used to categorize and organize information for easy retrieval and management. For example, if you have forms specific to California, you can create a tag for California. This tag allows you to search/ filter forms by selecting California in the tags drop-down.

Configure Tags

Within Onboarding, select Settings.

Click Organization Settings.

Select Tags.

The Tags page displays a list of existing tags and allows you to create new ones.

Create a New Tag

From the Tags page, click + New Tag.

On the Create New Tag page, fill out the following fields:

  • Name – Add a name for the new tag.
  • + Add Color – You can select a color for the tag.

Click Create Tag. You will be redirected to the Tags page, where the new tag will be displayed in the list of tags.

Edit Tags

From the Tags page, select an existing tag.

On the Edit Tag page, you can do the following:

  • Change the tag name.
  • Remove/update the color.
  • Delete the tag.

When you’re finished updating the tag, click Update Tag. You will be redirected to the Tags page, and the updated tag will be reflected in the list of tags.
