Enabling and using the Sensiply integration

The Sensiply integration with Lever allows talent acquisition teams to seamlessly sync their job postings to Sensiply. New applicants are automatically uploaded to Lever. For more information refer to the Sensiply website


Setting up the Sensiply integration

 

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Sensiply to install this integration.

Authorize Integration

  • In Sensiply, navigate to the Lever Integration Section.
  • Enter the email address of the designated Lever admin user to authorize the integration. This ensures that the connection is established with the correct Lever account.
  • Click Connect.
  • On the modal, authorize Lever using your admin account.
  • On the prompt, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration. 
  • After a successful connection, a green status indicator (checkmark) will appear next to the Integrate your Lever account option in Sensiply. This confirms that Lever is now successfully integrated with Sensiply.
  • Click Next to complete your Sensiply Profile setup. 

Configuring the Sensiply integration

If needed, users can update their Lever account credentials or switch to a different account in Sensiply. Editing account details ensures continued access, and all previous data should be removed.

 

If the user does not change the account in Sensiply, the existing data should remain intact

Alternative Integration Settings

The integration can also be initiated or managed from the Settings page under the Third-Party Integration tab within Sensiply. This provides administrators with flexibility to configure integrations outside the Profile creation process.

Post Jobs to Sensiply

Review Job Postings

Once connected, all existing jobs from Lever will automatically be displayed under the Lever tab in Sensiply.
This allows you to review and manage Lever jobs directly from Sensiply.

 

Job data is refreshed daily from Lever to Sensiply. 

Edit and Upload Jobs

Users can edit job details within Sensiply before posting.

The Post on Lever option is disabled (it shows that the job is linked with Lever). 

 

New jobs must first be created in Lever and synced to Sensiply. 

Select and Post Jobs

  • Choose one or multiple jobs from the Lever list in Sensiply.
  • Click Post to publish the selected jobs to Sensiply’s platform.

Verify Job Posting on Sensiply

After posting, the selected Lever jobs will appear under the Sensiply Jobs Page. This ensures that the jobs are live and visible to the intended audience.

(Candidate View) Apply for Jobs via Sensiply

Job seekers in Sensiply can apply for any job that is synced with Lever. The integration allows applications to flow seamlessly into Lever.

Review Sensiply Applications in Lever

Once an applicant applies via Sensiply, the followiing details are displayed in Lever as a new candidate opportunity:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Associated job posting

Sensiply adds a source tag (e.g., Applied via Sensiply) to ensure tracking of application sources.

 

Custom application questions are not supported at this time. 

Disabling the Sensiply integration

In Sensiply

At any time, users can choose to disconnect their Lever account from Sensiply. This will remove the active connection and job syncing will stop immediately. Synced Jobs will not be removed.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Third Party Integration.
  2. Click Disconnect.
  3. Click Yes. 

In Lever

  1. In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
  2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Sensiply app
  3. Click Revoke access to disable the integration
