The Cost Per Application (CPA+) feature is available for all Lever accounts. To take advantage of CPA+, you can follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Jobs page. Click the job title you want to promote, then click the Promote tab.
- You will see a job sponsorship option titled VONQ CPA+ Powered by LinkedIn. Click Purchase to initiate.
Once the Cost Per Application option is purchased, a limited number of qualified applicants may apply (up to 20). The applicant will complete an initial screening process through LinkedIn. After this process is completed, a dossier in PDF format will be sent to the recruiter with the candidate's information. This dossier will contain profile information and scoring, a summary of the candidate's skills and how they relate to the listed requirements for your job, an overview of their skills and experience, and a transcript of the screening questionnaire.
This Job Board sponsorship package is directly tied to usage and the number of applicants (not clicks) who have applied. When purchased, there is a scenario in which you “buy” 20 applicants, but it is also possible that only 10 candidates apply, depending on certain factors. In that instance, a credit may be due back to the purchaser for the unused slots.
