The Indeed Disposition Sync feature will share the candidate disposition status to Indeed. This will allow candidates to view their application states within the Indeed platform. This will also enable Indeed to create better visibility of your team's jobs and increase the quality of applications received.
Configuring the Disposition Sync
When configuring your settings for the Indeed integration, you can opt in/out of enabling the disposition sync. You will also have the option to map your Lever statuses to the corresponding Indeed states.
The Disposition sync settings can be managed on your settings page, under Settings > Integrations and API > Job boards. The disposition sync options will be visible once you have expanded the Indeed integration tile.
Mapping states from Lever to Indeed
After navigating to the VIEW MAPPINGS tile, a drawer will open on the right-hand side of the page. This will enable your team to map Indeed states with the corresponding Lever pipeline states. After mapping these values, the candidate state in Lever will be synced to Indeed for improved visibility on the Indeed platform.
