With the Classet integration with Lever, users can automatically trigger a phone screen the moment a candidate reaches a specific stage in the funnel. Results – including a full transcript, audio recording, and summary – are sent back to Lever, attached directly to the candidate’s profile. This enables faster screening, better insights, and a streamlined workflow – all within Lever. For more information refer to the Classet website.
Setting up the Classet integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Classet to install this integration. |
- Contact Classet to enable the integration.
- You will receive a link from a Classet representative.
- Click the link to authorize the integration.
- On the prompt, review the list of requested integration scopes and click Continue.
- Click Sign in with Lever
- On the modal, log in to your Lever admin account.
- On the prompt, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- Once successfully authorized, you should see a confirmation screen similar to the image below:
Configuring the Classet integration
Importing a Job
- Navigate to the Classet Dashboard (https://app.classet.org/home/)
- Click Import Job From ATS
- After you get redirected to the Job Import screen (https://app.classet.org/job/import/), search for a job, select it and click Import Job
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the job import.
- At the ATS Workflow Stage step, map your Lever job stages to the one used by Classet.
- At the Interview Script step, select the script you need or create one by clicking Add New Script
- At the Publish step, review a summary of the Job Import configuration & enable or disable the AI Screener On setting, as desired.
- Repeat the job import steps to import another job, or return to the Classet Dashboard. Imported Jobs will appear on the Dashboard.

You can enable the integration separately for each job on Classet’s Dashboard (https://app.classet.org/home/).
Using the Classet integration
Monitor applicants
You can view all of your applicants and Classet integration statuses in Lever. You can also view them on the Classet dashboard at https://app.classet.org/candidates/.
When candidates complete their screening, subscribers on the job will also receive an email notification as well:
Review Classet updates in Lever
Classet will provide the following updates on the Lever candidate opportunity:
- Application status: The application status can be changed to one from the predefined list of statuses (e.g., “Classet – In Screening”, “AI Screening Completed”, etc.)
- Application result link: This link is added to the Lever opportunity only if a call is completed. The link redirects to the Classet platform, where you can view the summary, record of the call, etc.

If a candidate went through an interview with Classet, a detailed summary of the interview will appear in Lever.
The candidate will automatically be moved to the next stage. In the example below, the candidate status was updated twice (New Lead → Reached out; Reached Out → Phone Screen).
Disabling the Classet integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Classet app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
