The Adway integration allows customers to sync their job postings in Lever to their Adway.ai dashboard. Candidate information collected via Adway ad campaigns is automatically pushed back to Lever as new opportunities. For more information, refer to the Adway website.
Setting up the Adway integration

To enable the Lever integration in Adway, follow these steps:
- In Adway, navigate to the Admin Dashboard (https://connect.adway.ai/admin).
- Navigate to Connectors.
- Select Connectors from the left sidebar.
- Click the (+) icon to add a new connector.
- Choose your organization and customer from the list.
- Select Lever System.
- Under Routines, select API (OAuth).
- On the prompt, sign in to Lever using your Admin account.
- Review the list of requested permissions on the modal and click Authorize to connect the integration.
- Follow the authentication process.
- Click Save.
- You will be directed to a dedicated Adway section displaying your authorization status (i.e., "Authorized).
Using the Adway integration
Generating a Candidate Landing Page
Once the integration is enabled, Adway automatically generates a landing page for each job post. The landing page URL is publicly available and created when:
- The job feed is fetched from Lever.
- An Ad Campaign is created in Adway with a link to the landing page.
How to Get the Landing Page Link:
- In Adway, navigate to the Campaigns section.
- Select the newly created campaign.
- Click the four dots in the top-right corner to access additional options.
- Choose Landing Page or Target Link.
- You will be redirected to the landing page, where candidates can view the job description and apply.
Candidate Application Process
Candidates filling out the Adway application form will provide the following information:
- Contact information
- Cover letter (if required)
- Answers to screening questions (if required)
- Additional attachments (if required)
Once submitted, the candidate's details are pushed back to Lever via the API.
Review New Candidates in Lever
Once a candidate completes the Adway application form, a new candidate opportunity is created in Lever.
- The provided information (i.e., contact details, cover letter, answers, and attachments) is attached to the candidate’s record.
- The candidate will also be associated with the relevant job posting and appear on the Candidates dashboard in Lever.
Disabling the Adway integration
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Adway app.
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
