The Arkiter Screen integration helps users automatically invite candidates to take Arkiter assessments once the candidate is moved to the Arkiter Screen stage in Lever. Once the assessment is completed by the candidate, a completion tag and results link is added to the Lever opportunity. For more information refer to the Arkiter website.
Setting up the Arkiter Screen integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Arkiter Screen to install this integration. |
Enable Webhook
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Toggle the Candidate State Change webhook if it has not already been enabled
Add "Arkiter Screen" Stage
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Pipeline and archive reasons
- Click Customize pipeline stages
- Add the "Arkiter Screen" stage to the pipeline
- Click Save Changes

Enable Integration
- In Arkiter, log in and open the Integrations page by navigating to Settings > Integrations
- From the list of integrations click the Open button next to the Lever integration
- Click the Screen tab
- Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize the integration
- When prompted log into Lever using your Admin account
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration
- Once the integration setup is complete you will see a success message appear in Arkiter

Configure Job in Arkiter
Configure your roles in Arkiter to automatically invite candidates to take the Arkiter Screen assessments.

Candidates associated with Lever jobs that are not mapped to Arkiter jobs will not be invited to take an Arkiter Screen assessment (the Arkiter system will show a fail state). |
- In Lever, open the desired job posting
- Copy the job title
- In Arkiter, navigate to the Overview page
- Add the Lever job title (or job id) under the ATS Settings section (see screenshot below)
- Click Enter
- Make sure the job title appears on the tag list (see screenshot below)
- Click Update role

Using the Arkiter Screen integration
- To invite candidates to take the Arkiter Screen assessment move the candidate opportunity to the Arkiter Screen stage in Lever
- Arkiter will automatically invite the candidate to the interview and update the status in Lever once they complete the interview
- Review the interview results by clicking the Arkiter link on the Lever opportunity to access the detailed results in Arkiter
Disabling the Arkiter Screen integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Arkiter Screen app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
