The Zelt integration with Lever connects your HR and talent acquisition processes, enabling seamless data flow between recruitment and employee management. With this integration, new hire information from Lever is automatically synced to Zelt, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistency across platforms. Setting up the Zelt integration

 

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Zelt to install this integration.

The Zelt integration with Lever automatically transfers candidate data from Lever to Zelt, speeding up the onboarding process. This integration ensures efficient workflows and better data management for growing teams. 

To enable the Zelt integration: 

  • In Zelt, navigate to the Tech section on the menu.
  • In Apps, find and select 'Lever' from the available list. 

  • Click Connect.
  • On the modal, log into your Lever Admin account to authorize Zelt to access your Lever account. 
  • Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration. 

  • Once connected, you will be able to see active admins listed on Zelt and begin onboarding your newly hired employees.

Frequently asked questions

What data syncs to Zelt from Lever? 

When onboarding Hired candidates, Zelt will pre-populate employee’s profile with some details existing on Lever. For example: First name, Last name, Personal email address, Personal mobile number, Job title, Annual compensation, and Anticipated start date (as start date).

Do all new hires get added to Zelt?

No, all new hires will be discoverable in your Lever integration in Zelt, under the “Candidates” tab, but they will not be created in your Zelt account automatically.

Can I create accounts in Lever from Zelt? 

Yes, Admin level accounts can be provisioned from Zelt. Accounts can be created instantly or scheduled to be created in the future. You can also add Lever app to onboarding to automate account creation for your HR teams. You can also deactivate employee accounts from your Zelt integration directly.

Disabling the Zelt integration

In Zelt

  1. In Zelt, locate the Lever app under Tech > Apps.
  2. Click Remove integration.
  3. Please note that while this will remove application from Zelt workflows, you may still need to remove authentication to Zelt app in your Lever account. See Lever disablement process below. 

In Lever

  1. In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
  2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Zelt app.
  3. Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
