The Equalture integration allows talent acquisition teams to seamlessly invite candidates to take Equalture's assessments from within Lever. Equalture is a Dutch HR tech company that is on a mission to shape the world of unbiased hiring. The goal is to provide each and every candidate with an equal opportunity to show their talents and potential. Equalture has developed a set of neuroscientific assessments, that measure cognitive abilities and behavioural traits, allowing you to evaluate candidates based on data instead of gut feeling.
