The Wednesday Talent integration enables companies to use authentic employee experience videos to engage and convert prospects into candidates. For more information refer to the Wednesday website.
Setting up the Wednesday Talent integration
- In Wednesday, click Connect on the Lever integration
- Click Launch
- On the modal, log into Lever using your admin credentials.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.

Enabling the Webhook
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Locate the Candidate Stage Change webhook and toggle it to the on position if it is not already enabled
Using the Wednesday Talent integration
Set up Jobs with Wednesday Talent
- In Wednesday, click + Import Job and select the desired job.
- Select your desired interview (or set up new one)
- Select the desired stage in Lever when the Wednesday interview should be sent to the applicant.
- Choose how many days the candidate has to respond (Optional)
- Customize the email they receive from Wednesday. (Optional)
Interview Example
When a candidates progresses to your configured interview stage, they will receive an email containing a link to their interview.
Candidates will be directed to the following page to take their interview:
Reviewing the Interview in Wednesday
Candidates who complete their interview will be visible in Wednesday. To access the candidate interview, complete the following:
- In Wednesday, navigate to Jobs > [Name of Job] > Applicants
- Or, view all interview submissions in the Responses tab, and filter as necessary.
Reviewing the Interview in Lever
When a candidate submits their interview, their opportunity will be updated with the tag, "Wednesday Interview Complete", so you can easily filter/search for candidates who have responded.
A direct link to their interview responses will included in the Links section of their candidate opportunity profile.
Disabling the Wednesday Talent integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Wednesday app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
