The Socially Recruited integration enables you to track the performance of your campaigns and push any candidate applications, captured within Socially Recruited, automatically into Lever. For more information refer to the Socially Recruited website.
Setting up the Socially Recruited integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Socially Recruited to install this integration. |
- In Socially Recruited, navigate to your profile settings. If you do not have access to it, check with the admin in your company.
- Click Setting
- Click ATS Setting
- Select Lever by clicking Add
- On the modal, log in with your Lever admin credentials.
- Review the list of requested access permissions.
- Click Accept to authorize the integration.
- You will be redirected to Socially Recruited to complete the webhook configuration.
Configuring the Socially Recruited integration
Configure the Webhook
- In Socially Recruited, copy the Webhook URL from the ATS Setting Tab
- It is recommended that you do not close this window before you are done configuring the integration. You you will be returning to this page shortly.
- Open Lever
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Locate the Application Created webhook section and click + Add webhook
- Paste the Webhook URL that you copied from Socially Recruited.
- If the webhook is not already enabled, toggle the webhook to the on position.
- Copy the Signature token
- Return to Socially Recruited and navigate to the Settings page
- Paste the Lever Signature Token that you copied from the previous step into the Signature Token field in Socially Recruited.
- Click Submit
The configuration of the integration is now complete.
Using the Socially Recruited integration
- In Socially Recruited, navigate to the dashboard
- Click on CandidatePage > Create
- Click on Create a Campaign
- Select ATS type and use the created Candidate page URL as a landing page URL.
When a user lands on the candidate page by clicking on the CTA button of the campaign, they will be redirected to a form as shown below.
- The integration will sync the following information to Lever:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Job Title

Disabling the Socially Recruited integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Socially Recruited app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
