Using the Europe Language Jobs integration

Once the integration of Europe Language Jobs has been completed, the jobs (offers) you post on Lever will be automatically published on Europe Language Jobs. Remember that Europe Language Jobs works on the basis of job credits - if you run out of job credits, your job postings will not be published. When you run out of job credits, Europe Language Jobs will contact you to renew the service.

When creating your job postings, it is important to add the following fields:

Languages

Europe Language Jobs differs from other job portals in that all of its job postings (offers) have language requirements, which are necessary to be able to apply as a candidate.

When creating your job posting in Lever, add a list with the title "Languages" to indicate the languages required for your posting.

To add a language to your job posting, enter the name of the language in English, and the required level separated by a hyphen (e.g. "0 - Basic").

If you want to make the language compulsory in order to be able to apply for the job, add the character: *. A maximum of 2 mandatory languages can be added to a job.

Languages are distinguished by 5 different levels:

  • 0 - Basic
  • 1 - Intermediate
  • 2 - Advanced
  • 3 - Proficiency
  • 4 - Mother tongue

List titled Languages added to posting in Lever posting editor with the following bullets: German* - Mother tongue, French* - Proficiency, English - Advanced

In this example shown above, the job posting created on Lever has two compulsory languages: German with Mother tongue level and French with Proficiency level. English at Advanced level is an optional language. Only candidates who have stated in their profile that they speak German at Mother tongue level and French at Proficiency level can apply for this job.

If you do not specify a list of languages with at least 1 compulsory language when creating a job posting in Lever, English with compulsory Proficiency level will be set as default in your job posting (offer) on the Europe Language Jobs site.

Skills

If you would like to specify the skills needed for a job, add a list with the title "Skills" and specify the skills needed.
