The Omni HR integration allows users to send candidates from Lever directly into the Omni HR platform for onboarding and employee management. For more information refer to the Omni HR website.
Setting up the Omni HR integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Omni HR to install this integration. |
- In Omni HR, navigate to Apps > Lever
- Click Connect
- On the modal, log in with your Lever Admin credentials
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to connect the integration
You will then be connected.
Configuring the Omni HR integration
Configuring the webhook
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Scroll down to find the Candidate Hired webhook section
- Toggle the Candidate Hired webhook to the on position if it not already enabled
- The integration is now able to sync hired candidate information from Lever to Omni HR.
Using the Omni HR integration
Sending hired candidates to Omni HR
- In Lever, ensure that all required candidate information has been filled out on the Lever opportunity.
- When the candidate is ready to be marked as Hired, move the candidate opportunity to the Hired stage in Lever.
- The integration will automatically sync the candidate information to the Omni system.
- The candidate record will appear as a new pending hire record in Omni HR.
The following fields are supported with the integration sync:
- First name
- Last name
- Emails
- Phone numbers (only work and mobile)
- Location
- Job Position
Disabling the Omni HR integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Omni HR app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
