The Wintro integration syncs job posting data from Lever to Wintro and creates new employee referrals as opportunities in Lever. For more information refer to the Wintro website.
Setting up the Wintro integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Wintro to install this integration. |
- In Wintro, navigate to Settings and scroll to the section labeled ATS Connection. Here, you will find the option to connect with Lever.
- Click on the Connect Lever button.
- On the modal, log in to Lever using your Admin credentials.
- On the following screen, you will be prompted to review and accept the necessary permissions to enable the integration. These permissions allow Wintro to:
- Sync your Lever job postings (vacancies) with Wintro.
- Exclude candidates who have already applied from the matching process.
- Automatically create referrals as new opportunities in Lever when a candidate applies through their personalized referral link.
Configuring the Wintro integration
Once connected, the integration is primarily automatic:
- Navigate to the Vacancies View in Wintro.
- Click the Sync button located at the top right of the page to synchronize your vacancies (job postings).
Using the Wintro integration
Wintro seamlessly integrates with your existing workflow in Lever:

Sync vacancies
- Automatically syncs all active job listings from Lever into Wintro for matching with potential candidates in your employees' networks.

Exclude already existing candidates
- Automatically excludes candidates who have previously applied for the vacancy, ensuring no duplicate efforts.

Referral entries
- When a referred candidate applies using their personalized referral link, the candidate's details are automatically synced to Lever as a new opportunity with "Wintro" tagged as the source.
What the integration looks like in Lever
In Lever, the integration operates smoothly behind the scenes:
- You will see an increase in candidates with 'Wintro' listed as the source tag in your candidate opportunity.
- For significant updates or new features from Wintro, Wintro posts notifications directly as Notes within the Lever opportunity.
- Feedback can be submitted anytime via the 'Feedback' button in Wintro.
Disabling the Wintro integration
In Wintro
- Navigate to Settings in Wintro.
- Scroll to the ATS Connection section.
- Click the Disconnect button to immediately disconnect the integration with Lever.
In Lever
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Wintro app.
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
