Enabling and using the Quinto integration

Quinto’s integration with Lever allows users to push jobs postings from Quinto to Lever. For more information refer to the Quinto website

Setting up the Quinto integration


You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Quinto to install this integration.

Create an Unspecified Lever department and team 

  • In Lever, navigate to Settings > Company > Departments & Teams.
  • Click Add Department at the bottom of the page. 
  • Name the department 'Unspecified' and click Add
  • Click + Add team in the department you just created. 
  • Name the team 'Unspecified' and click Add.

Create an Unspecified Lever location 

  • In Lever, navigate to Settings > Company > Locations.
  • Click + Add Location
  • Name the location 'Unspecified' and click Add.

Set up the integration in Quinto

  • In Quinto, click the gear icon at the top right of your screen. 
  • Click General administration in the drop-down.

  • Click the Integrations option listed on the side menu. 

  • Click the ATS tab
  • Click the Lever tile. 

  • Log in to your Lever Admin account and click Continue.

  • Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to give Quinto access to: 
    • View all users
    • View and manage all postings
    • Allow offline access

  • Once setup is complete, the ATS integrations page will display your Lever connection.

Using the Quinto integration

To create a job posting in Lever, complete the following steps:

  • In Quinto, navigate to the Jobs dashboard.

  • Click the name of a job to open a job record. 

  • Click the Job post tab. 

  • Click Lever located at the top right of the job post. 
  • On the dropdown, click Send to Lever.

  • Click Send.

  • Once sent, a green checkmark indicates that the job has been pushed to lever.


Resending the same job post will create a second job post in Lever. The original job post won’t be overwritten. 

Managing the job post in Lever

Jobs pushed from Quinto appear in Lever as drafts. 

  • In Lever, navigate to the Jobs dashboard. 

  • Click Drafts

  • Click the name of the job pushed from Quinto. 

  • Configure a Location type. 

  • Select a Location. 

  • Select a job posting distribution option.

  • Scroll down to review the job post text.
    • The 'About us', 'Summary', and 'Information' text will appear in the Opening text box.

    • 'Competencies', 'Key Responsibilities', 'Qualifications' & 'Experience', and 'Additional Information' are formatted as separate lists.

    • 'Why work for us?' and 'Our hiring policies' appear in the Closing text box.

  • Click Save Changes to save the posting updates to Lever.

Disabling the Quinto integration

  1. In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
  2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Quinto app
  3. Click Revoke access to disable the integration
