Tombo AI integrates with Lever to easily add candidates you source as a new opportunity in Lever. When you are browsing LinkedIn, for example, you can quickly add the candidate you’re viewing to a Lever job posting. Available email addresses, phone numbers, and the Tombo vacancy match score, will be pushed to Lever automatically. For more information refer to the Tombo Inc. website.
Setting up the Tombo Inc. integration

Tombo.ai is a tool that automates the repetitive work of sourcing and recruiting candidates in all industries. The quickest way to get started is to install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. After installing the extension, you’ll be asked to log in to the Tombo dashboard.
- In the Tombo dashboard, navigate to the ATS Integrations section to connect Tombo to Lever.
- Click on the Lever tile.
- When prompted, log in to Lever using your Admin credentials.
- On the modal, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- (Optional) You can configure the default account to use in Lever when performing actions. This will be detected automatically if your email address is the same in Tombo as in Lever.
Using the Tombo Inc. integration
- Once the integration is authorized, you will have the option add candidates to Lever when sourcing candidates.
- The option to Add to Lever will appear when viewing a profile.
- You can select the Lever job posting and stage you would like to add the candidate to as an opportunity.
- Click Add To ATS to sync the candidate to Lever.
- Your candidate is now added to the job in Lever, along with their vacancy match score and contact information.
- If you already have a candidate or contact with a matching email address in Lever, the two contacts will be automatically merged.
- If a candidate with the same email address has already been added to any opportunities in Lever, this will be displayed on Tombo.
Disabling the Tombo Inc. integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Tombo app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
