ZYTHR helps recruiters prioritize applicants and move faster with confidence. It analyzes each resume against the job description and your customized criteria to assign a match score (1–10) and generate AI-powered summaries for every applicant. ZYTHR doesn’t replace recruiter judgment—it sharpens it, allowing more time to engage with the right candidates and less time filtering out the wrong ones. The integration syncs with Lever in real time, so any action taken—whether advancing or rejecting a candidate—automatically reflects in both systems. For more information, refer to the ZYTHR website.

Using the ZYTHR integration
View jobs and candidates in Zythr
Log in to ZYTHR and navigate to the Jobs tab in the top navigation.
You'll see a list of roles that you’re assigned to in Lever, along with high-level stats (e.g., number of applicants, status breakdown).
Click on a job to open the Job Dashboard, where you can:
- See how many candidates are at each stage
- View a prioritized list of applicants sorted by match score (1–10)
- Access AI-generated summaries that explain each candidate’s fit
|
Before you begin screening, it is highly recommended that you configure the core job requirements on the Job Details page first. This includes setting must-have and nice-to-have qualifications such as years of experience, required skills, certifications, education, or other relevant criteria. These criteria serve as the foundation for ZYTHR’s prioritization logic, so spending a few minutes here will significantly improve the accuracy and relevance of your candidate rankings. |
Take candidate actions
Click any candidate in the list to open their profile view. You can:
- Review their resume
- See their ZYTHR match score and breakdown across categories
- View any other roles they’ve applied for
- Take action on the spot: Advance or Reject the candidate
All actions taken in ZYTHR are automatically reflected in Lever in real time.
View ZYTHR Updates in Lever
- In Lever, each candidate's opportunity will include a ZYTHR match tag (1–10) based on how well they align to that specific job.
- You’ll also find a ZYTHR note in the opportunity timeline, which includes a detailed summary of how the candidate was evaluated.
|
If a candidate has applied to multiple roles, they’ll have a different match score for each one. Be sure to check that you’re viewing the correct opportunity when referencing their ZYTHR tag. |
Disabling the ZYTHR integration
In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the ZYTHR app.
Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
