The SourceWhale integration allows users to sync contacts in SourceWhale into their Lever account as candidates. Users can choose when and how contacts are pushed into Lever and exactly how they want the contact to be synced. They can decide to add contacts to different postings in Lever, decide exactly what types of notes in SourceWhale should be synced across, and also have the ability to customise exactly which fields/stages in SourceWhale are mapped to which fields/stages in Lever.

Pushing contacts into Lever
You will be able to choose at which stage you want the contacts that you are adding to a campaign will be pushed through to Lever. They can be pushed through at three different stages:
- When adding contact
- When contact replies
- When contact replies and is interested
You can then choose which stages in Lever the SourceWhale stages should be mapped to.
Displayed fields
Choose which Lever fields users can use to 'Tag' contacts when pushing them into Lever, and know what each contact refers to exactly.
Mandatory fields
Choose which Lever fields users must 'Tag' contacts with when pushing into Lever.
Using the SourceWhale integration
Once you have set up your integration you will be able to use and set up the following available features:
- Campaign Settings
- Chrome Extension
Campaign Settings page
On the campaigns setting page, you will see different options regarding when and how contacts are pushed through to Lever.
Sync options: Changing your sync options will override the current team-wide setting for when to push contacts into Lever. If you do change this, the change will only apply to that particular campaign.
Dropdown options: If you click on the grey arrow to the right-hand side of the 'Sync options', you will see that you have the possibility to push through contacts to a variety of different areas in Lever (shown below). When you select any of these options, every candidate you source and add to the campaign will be pushed through to the fields selected.
Chrome Extension
When using the SourceWhale chrome extension you will be able to access some of the previous features as well. The Chrome Extension is available to give users the ability to change the settings you have previously set, for specific individuals.
You can do the same in regards to advanced setting options, by clicking on the grey arrow to the right of the 'Sync as' box.
