The ThoughtfulGPT integration streamlines the hiring process by using AI to source candidates from job postings, and assess and rank them based on their application responses. This integration provides automated scoring and thoughtful evaluations to efficiently identify the best talent, aligning candidates with the company's values. Setting up the ThoughtfulGPT integration

For more details on enabling this integration with Lever, contact ThoughtfulGPT Support through this request form: https://www.thoughtfulgpt.com/support.
- In ThoughtfulGPT, navigate to the Integrations tab located on the sidebar.
- Click the Lever integrations tile.
- Click Connect new account.
- On the modal, sign in to Lever using your Admin credentials.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- You'll be redirected back to ThoughtfulGPT.
Using the ThoughtfulGPT integration
Candidate Sourcing
- In ThoughtfulGPT, navigate to Sourcing > Sourcing.
- Click Create Job.
- Input a Title and select a posting from the 'Import Job Posting From Lever' dropdown.
- Now ThoughtfulGPT sources a list of candidates that best fits the job posting.
- To sync specific candidates that fit the role best to Lever click Add to Lever.

You will see a success message.

If the opportunity already exists on Lever, you will see an error message instead.
- New candidates will appear in Lever as a new opportunity.
Candidate Application Ranking
Once you integrate your Lever account with ThoughtfulGPT, you'll gain the ability to create scoring rubrics or have them generated by AI using free response questions linked to job postings. These rubrics can then be utilized for assessing candidate applications and scoring them based on their responses.
- In ThoughtfulGPT, navigate to the Candidate Ranking page.
- Click New.
- Select a Lever job posting.
- Craft your rubric manually or generate it with AI using ThoughtfulGPT's one-click rubric generator.
- Alternatively, you can utilize a custom macro blueprint within your account for personalized rubric creation.
- Click Create.
- Once the process is complete, you'll gain access to the Candidate Ranking task. This task will furnish you with the results, showcasing candidate's scores derived from your rubric.
- The opportunity in Lever will be updated with the results note, results tag, and a link back to the complete results in ThoughtfulGPT.

Disabling the ThoughtfulGPT integration
In ThoughtfulGPT
- Delete the Lever credentials on the the Integrations page.
In Lever
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the 'ThoughtfulGPT' app.
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
