Depending on how interview feedback visibility is managed in your Lever instance, you may be unable to view others' feedback about a candidate in some circumstances.
There are two settings that could be preventing you from viewing feedback about a candidate:
Feedback visibility has been restricted by role
Your Lever system administrator can configure which roles the have the ability to view feedback about a candidate. If your user account has been assigned to a role for which feedback visibility is restricted, this could be the reason you are unable to view others' feedback. Role-restricted feedback visibility is typically used to ensure the appropriate degree of candidate privacy.
Others' feedback is hidden until you have completed your own
Your Lever system administrator can also configure an additional setting that hides others' feedback from users of a certain role if they have not yet submitted their own feedback. This setting is typically enabled in order to prevent bias among interviewers, by ensuring that their feedback is not influenced by the feedback of others.
In the event that you are unable to view others' feedback that you feel you should be able to see:
- Check to make sure that you have submitted any of your own pending feedback for the candidate. If not then...
- Check with your system administrator to see if your user role in Lever is restricted from seeing others' feedback
