Lever's mobile interface allows users to leave notes and communicate with internal stakeholders about candidates. For more information on how to collaborate with your team using notes, please refer to our help article on adding and managing notes.
To add a note from a mobile device:
- Navigate to m.hire.lever.co and search for a candidate opportunity.
- From the candidate's mobile profile, scroll down to the 'notes' section. The last note thread that was created will be displayed.
- To create a new note, tap + New. This will redirect to a new page when you can draft a note to other Lever users.
- On the next screen, you can leave a note. The text area will auto-complete Lever user handles, as well as emojis. Just like adding notes in the desktop browser you can also set the note as secret, notify followers, and provide a quick rating of the candidate.
- Tap the Add Note button to submit the note to the candidate's profile. Any @-mentioned user will receive a notification about this note in his/her inbox.
- The new note will now appear first in the notes section of the profile. To reply to a note, click Comment beside the note thread.
