As a Hiring Manager, you may not be responsible for managing the full candidate journey but you will play a key role in deciding who the right candidate is for the job your team is hiring for. It's important you understand how to use the Lever features that allow you to collaborate, provide feedback, and stay informed so you can hire the best talent for your team. Refer to the help articles linked in each section and bookmark them for future reference.
Understanding candidates and opportunities
In Lever, talent relationships are managed based on the idea that each candidate could be considered for more than one job opening. That's why Lever treats candidate profiles and opportunities as distinct entities.

Collaborating through notes
Notes are a fantastic way for Hiring Managers to collaborate with the broader hiring team and track this engagement within Lever, all while using the tools your team is already familiar with such as email or Slack.
