The Blind job integration ensures your job openings gain high visibility among millions of top-tier tech professionals actively seeking their next career move. For more information refer to the Blind website.
Setting up the Blind integration

You must be a team or organization with a Blind employer account to install this integration. |
- Go to the Blind for Business Portal at Blindhub.net
- Click Sign up
- Select your company from the dropdown list
- Enter your work email address
- Click Continue

If you do not see your company in the dropdown list, submit a new company request. Blind will create your new Blindhub employer account within 24 business hour. After the employer account is created, you will be able to continue with integrating your Lever jobs with Blind. |
- Once you have logged into Blind, click Jobs from the top navigation bar
- Select 'Lever' by clicking Next.
- That is all! Blind will identify your unique Lever job board token and get your jobs automatically pulled into Blind after 24-48 business hours.
Using the Blind integration
Blind syncs your jobs daily. To maximize qualified traffic, any non-technical or non-North American roles are automatically hidden in Blind after syncing. Not to worry - you can easily unhide specific jobs whenever needed:
- Click Hidden in the jobs dropdown menu
- Select the hidden job(s) you want to activate
- Click Unhide Jobs
- You will be able to track all of your candidates who applied through Blind from your Lever candidate dashboard
- You can use the source value in Lever to manage your candidates or to perform further analysis using Lever's Visual Insights tool. For more information on using Visual Insights in Lever refer to our help article on Visual Insights.
