The JobStash Safu integration with Lever automatically completes due diligence on candidate crypto work history, and updates the Lever opportunity with a crypto results tag. For more information refer to the JobStash Safu website

Setting up the JobStash Safu integration

You must be an approved organization with a valid subscription for the ATS package in JobStash to install this integration.

Enable Webhooks

  • In Lever, go to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks.
  • If it is not already enabled, toggle the 'Application Created’ webhook to the on position.

  • Scroll down to locate the 'Candidate Hired' webhook and toggle it to the (blue) on position if it is not already enabled.

Once the webhooks are enabled, Lever will communicate to JobStash the required information to generate candidate due diligence reports in Lever.

Authorize the Integration

  • In JobStash, connect your wallet to your JobStash account and sign in.
  • Click ATS SETTINGS in the menu bar.

  • Select Lever from the list of integrations.

  • Click Save ATS Selection to establish the connection and begin the setup process.
  • On the modal, sign in to your your Lever Admin account to connect both platforms.
  • Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
    • JobStash will request to access webhooks, opportunity applications, all stages, tags, feedback templates, managing opportunity feedback, managing opportunities, and offline access in order to generate candidate due diligence reporting in Lever when a new applicant applies to one of your vacancies in Lever.

Congratulations! The connection between JobStash and Lever is active!

There are still a few quick configuration steps remaining in Lever to complete the initial setup of the integration. In a later part of this guide you will also learn about how to configure reporting data in JobStash.

Please refer to Lever's articles on adding custom application questions to job postings and creating and using job posting templates for guidance on adding the the required custom questions to your job posting applications.

Congratulations! You are now fully set up to receive JobStash Safu candidate due diligence data via Lever. The next part of this guide will explain how to configure JobStash Safu.

Configure the Candidate Report

This part of the guide will explain how the integration actually works. At a top-level, the integration pushes candidate due diligence details to Lever when candidates apply via Lever, and the job is using the 'Questions for Crypto Native Candidates' application questions as fields. JobStash Safu will then generate labels for candidates, and surface due diligence signals.

  • Sign in to JobStash and click ATS Settings to review the settings.

Configure Highlighted Companies

  • In the 'Pick orgs for which to highlight candidates' setting, you can choose which organizations you want to be highlighted via a tag when a candidate applies. This allows you to optimally identify candidates which come from companies which are on your poaching list. The field will allow you to identify which companies to highlight.
  • Focus on the text input and type the name of a company for which you have heightened poaching interest (e.g. “Consensys”).

  • Click on the item in the list to select it, and you will have added it to the list.

  • To remove an item, simply click on the X button.

Configure Ecosystem NFTs

In the 'Add ecosystem Activation NFTs' setting you can add a list of NFTs which you want to surface as a Ecosystem Activation signal. These can include tickets to Conferences, Hackathons, POAPs, other mintable items relative to your ecosystem, or any NFT you wish. This field will allow you to identify who has actively engaged with your ecosystem and who has actively participated in broader crypto events.

It includes 3 parameters:

  • Network
  • Name
  • Contract Address

To configure this setting, complete the following:

  • Pick the network (e.g. Ethereum).

  • Give it a name (e.g. 'Token 2049 Singapore 2023').

  • Give it a contract address (e.g. the contract address for the NFT). You can find this from Etherscan.

  • Click Save, and you have persisted your Ecosystem NFT settings.

JobStash Safu will now generate tags in Lever for candidates that have previous OSS work history at the company and that own a token NFT.
