Whether you are hiring across the globe or across the country, Lever allows you to schedule interviews in a specific time zone. Before diving in, we recommend learning the essential steps of scheduling in our help article on scheduling interviews.
To schedule an interview in a specific time zone:
- In the interview scheduler, select the date of the interview
- Click the globe icon and select the timezone for the interview
- Proceed through Lever's interview scheduling workflow
If no timezone is selected, the interview will default to your timezone.
When the interview has been scheduled, you will see the time zone in the scheduled interview on the candidate's profile.
If you attempt to schedule an interview in a timezone that's different from the default timezone of your interviewer, Lever will provide an alert and will give you the option to schedule the interview in the correct timezone.
