Yes. Lever works with Google for Jobs so our customers can generate more awareness of and applications for their open roles.
Google for Jobs is a powerful, organized search engine for jobs. Google crawls the web for published job postings and displays them as search results in a uniquely formatted way.
Lever-hosted job posting pages are structured and formatted in such a way that is optimized for Google, among other search engines, to crawl and properly display in its jobs search results. Because Google for Jobs works just like their search—with the best and most relevant results appearing at the top—your rankings depend on the quality and relevance of your job postings and descriptions, as well as the volume of traffic to your company’s pages in general.
As a matter of housekeeping, we suggest making sure your company's Google Knowledge Graph card is up-to date, so that Google has the correct logo and other data to associate with all of your job postings. This information is configured by Google. To learn more, refer to Google job posting developer documentation.
In addition, job postings that you have shared with other job boards should also be indexed by Google. Lever integrates with a number of popular job boards such as LinkedIn and many others. Refer to our help article on custom job boards to learn more.
