As with the dashboards in Visual Insights, Lever's Data Explorer feature is powered by Looker. Looker is an industry leading business intelligence tool that allows to retrieve, juxtapose, and synthesize data to suit your needs. Through Data Explorer, Lever puts you in control of the backend tooling that is used to visualize talent acquisition metrics on the main Visual Insights dashboards.

Color collections
A color collection is a set of coordinating palettes that work well together. Looker contains 15 native color collections, which enable users to create themed visualizations and dashboards.
Forecasting in visualizations
Forecasting lets analysts quickly add data projections to new or existing Explore queries to help users predict and monitor specific data points. Forecasted Explore results and visualizations can be added to dashboards and saved as Looks. Forecasted results and visualizations can also be created and viewed on embedded Looker content.
