When setting up your General Data Protection Regulation policy in Lever, can define which candidates are protected by GDPR by selecting from the following configuration options:
- Only candidates and jobs located in the EU
- Candidates and jobs located in the EU & unknown locations
- All candidates (regardless of their current location)
Below you will find a list of countries subject to GDPR protection as per configuration options 1 and 2. Note if you are using Lever's GDPR functionality to regulate candidate data instead of Data compliance settings, candidates' locations will be determined by their IP address.
