Lever's Career Site Builder allows you to create your own custom career site connected to your Lever environment. You can use the builder to control the look and feel of your career site, ensuring that each candidate's experience aligns with your organization's brand. In this article, you will learn how to manage theme text in order to change the style and look of the text on your entire site. You can change font type, size, and also choose settings for normal text, links, and titles. This gives you the opportunity to give the content of your site a distinctive feel, and make sure your visitors can read it.
Configuring theme text
To configure theme text:
- In the left panel, click Theme > Text
- In the text settings panel, you can change the font size, and color as well as text direction and link text options
Making changes to text using the theme text panel changes all text on your site. Edits to individual elements override the site theme. Text in text widgets that are already part of the site will stay the same. For more information, see refer to our help article on site theme.
Update theme text
You can update theme text in the text settings by clicking Theme > Text. Or, you can click a text widget to open the context menu, click the heading selection drop down, and select Update theme. This opens the theme text settings where you can make updates.
Headings and subheadings
You can set different styles for heading levels 1-6. We recommend following SEO best practices by following heading hierarchy. For example, use heading 1 as the main title and heading 6 as the smallest and do not skip between heading levels, such as going straight from a heading 1 to a heading 4.
