The avua Lever Integration allows you to automatically display your Lever job postings on the Avua job board. Candidate applications automcailly flow back to Lever as a new candidate opportunity. For more information refer to the avua website.
Setting up the avua integration
| You must be a team or organization with admin rights in avua to install this integration. |
- Go to your avua account and log in using your admin credentials.
- On your avua dashboard, open Settings → Integrations → Lever (or Job Board Settings → Lever Integration).
- When prompted, log in to Lever using your admin credentials.
- On the following prompt, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- Once authorized, your Lever jobs will begin syncing automatically to the Avua job board.
Using the avua integration
Job Sync
When a new job is created in Lever, it will appear on avua’s job board once published externally (e.g., visible via Google or direct job URL).
No manual data entry is needed — avua continuously keeps your job listings in sync.
Application Sync
Candidates submit applications using Easy Apply
Candidates use Easy Apply on avua to submit their applications. Once submitted, their details are securely transmitted to Lever using the integration.
New applications are uploaded to Lever under the corresponding job posting. Candidate responses to application questions are included exactly as submitted.
Applicant Experience
Job applicants can use Easy Apply to apply to jobs on avua using one of the following methods:
Option 1. Via Direct Link
- Copy the Lever job url and replace "https://jobs.lever.co/companyname/" with "https://avua.online/lever-jobs/"
- ex. "https://jobs.lever.co/companyname/61da497f-94ba-4af4-b22e-d6820f95b7cb" is changed to "https://avua.online/lever-jobs/61da497f-94ba-4af4-b22e-d6820f95b7cb"
- Share application link with the applicant.
- Applicant submits job application in avua.
- Application will be submitted and an avua account will be created for the email user entered into the application.
- The applicant can view job application under the Applied job section in their avua Dashboard.
Option 2. Via avua internal dashboard
- Applicant signs up for avua account.
- Applicant logs into avua.
- Applicant views jobs in their avua dashboard including published jobs from Lever.
- Applicant submits job application in avua.
- An avua account will be created for the email user entered into the application.
- The applicant can view job application under the Applied job section in their avua Dashboard.
Disabling the avua integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the avua app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
