Non-Churn Related Data Export

You can export data from Visual Insights following the process outlined in Visual Insights: Exports

If you need a complete data export unrelated to churn, please work with your Lever account team, as this is a paid service.

Churn/Paid Data Export

For churn-related data exports, after 90 days from your system shut-off date, the data is gone and cannot be recovered.

For churn-related data exports, Lever will provide one complimentary data export per account.

For both churn and paid exports, the export link will be valid for 14 days. Please work with your Lever account team if additional data exports are needed.

NOTE: The Candidates, Postings, Interview Calibration, and Interview Events portions of the export will ONLY be available for 7 days.

Chrun/Paid Data Export FAQs

  • Only users with the Super Admin role will have access to the data export link and must be logged in to their Lever account.
  • The account can be deactivated, and a Super Admin can still download. You will see a Trial Expired screen when you log in, but you can still click on the link, and the download will start.
  • If you get an Unauthorized error message when you click on the link, this means you are not logged into your account.
