The Talent Fit dashboard empowers Talent Acquisition leaders to measure and demonstrate the impact of AI-driven candidate matching on recruiting efficiency and hiring outcomes. This feature provides performance benchmarks, efficiency comparisons, and business impact metrics to help customers understand how Talent Fit contributes to stronger, faster, and fairer hiring outcomes. As you are reading, refer to our LeverTRM Glossary for definitions of the key terms and concepts used in this article.

Access the Talent Fit Dashboard
Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header.
Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page to expand the dashboard list.
Select Talent Fit from the dashboard list.
Metrics on the Talent Fit Dashboard
Metrics on the Talent Fit dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart, along with an explanation of how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also, remember that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇ icon, and selecting Download data.
The metrics on the Talent Fit dashboard are near real-time.
Filters can be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any dashboard. Once you have selected or entered values into the filters, click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. The dashboard may take a few seconds to refresh with your applied filters.

Candidates by Origin
This chart shows the number of matched and unmatched opportunities created by origin. Use this chart to understand the distribution of candidates across inbound and outbound recruitment categories.

Offer acceptance
This chart provides insight into the quality of Talent Fit recommendations by allowing you to compare the offer acceptance rates of matched and unmatched opportunities over time.

| *Note that the Posting dashboard is the only dashboard that supports secondary locations on multi-location postings. On the Talent Fit dashboard and other Visual Insights dashboards, secondary locations cannot be filtered for and will not be returned or displayed. For more information refer to our help article on multi-location postings. |
| Click the colored dots along the bottom of multi-value charts to add or remove groups from the visualization. Hold the Alt key (or the Option key on a Mac) when clicking a dot to filter for that group only. |
