The Screenify integration with Lever helps talent acquisition teams automatically screen applicants using Screnify's AI recruiting sidekick. Screen candidate resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and even run video interviews 24/7 in multiple languages. Results are automatically uploaded to Lever as a feedback form on the candidate opportunity. For more information refer to the Screenify website.

Configuring the Screenify integration

Set up a dedicated pipeline stage in Lever

Make sure you've connected your Lever account before adding a new stage.
  • In Lever, navigate to Settings > Pipeline and Archive Reasons.
  • Click Customize Pipeline Stages.
  • Under the Interview category, add a new stage (e.g. "Screenify Interview").
  • Enable Stage used for interviews.
  • Enable Set default feedback form.
  • Select the Screenify Interview Feedback form.

  • Click Add Stage to save settings.
  • Click Next to continue and save your new pipeline stage settings.

For guidance on adding your pipeline stages, please refer to the Adding pipeline stage help center article

Enable the webhook in Lever

  • In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks.
  • Enable the Candidate Stage Change webhook if it is not already enabled.

Setup Role in Screenify

  • Create a new role or open an existing one in Screenify.
  • In Screenify, navigate to the Automation tab.
  • Enable the Fetch candidate profiles via Integration setting.
  • Choose Lever as your integration.
  • Select the target job.
  • Set the trigger status with the stage you created in Lever
  • (Optional) Configure the completion status for post-interview candidates.

Currently, invites can only be triggered when a candidate’s status in Lever matches the newly created pipeline stage.

If you’d like Screenify invites to be sent immediately once a candidate'sapplication is created in Lever, you may use Lever’s Automation & Workflows feature to automatically advance applications into the designated pipeline stage. You can find detailed instructions for setting up workflows and automation in Lever here.

  • Under Publish Feedback, select the fields you want to sync to Lever.
  • Map each field appropriately and click Update Interview to save settings.

That's it! Your integration is now ready to use. Reach out to Screenify support if you have any questions along the way.

Using the Screenify integration
