Setting up the Jobzyn Export integration

Integration Overview
The Jobzyn integration with Lever relies on secure API communication to sync jobs and manage candidate applications. Once set up:
- Jobs created or updated in Lever are automatically synced with Jobzyn every night at midnight.
- Candidate applications submitted through Jobzyn are automatically sent to Lever, along with a version stored in Jobzyn for tracking and analytics.
Connecting Lever with Jobzyn
- Log in to Jobzyn back office account using your admin credentials.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab
- Locate the Lever integration tile and click the Se Connecter à l’ATS button.
- On the modal, log into Lever using your admin account.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- After successful authentication, Lever will appear as an active integration in the Jobzyn dashboard.
Using the Jobzyn integration
Job Synchronization
Job syncing with Lever is fully automated by the integration and handled by a scheduled job on the Jobzyn platform.
A Jobzyn cron job runs every night at midnight, which:
- Pulls new job postings created in Lever.
- Checks for and applies updates to existing jobs already synced to Jobzyn.
To ensure a job appears in Jobzyn, create or update the job Lever. The next scheduled sync will automatically import or update the job in Jobzyn.
Candidate Applications
Once a job is visible on Jobzyn, candidates can apply directly through the Jobzyn custom application form. New applications are automatically added to Lever as a new opportunity. A copy of the application is also saved in Jobzyn for reporting and analytics.
This seamless flow ensures that every applicant appears in Lever while still allowing Jobzyn to provide analytics and candidate insights.

Disabling the Jobzyn integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Jobzyn app
- Click Revoke Access to disable the integration
