The Vire Labs integration with Lever allows recruitment teams to seamlessly evaluate candidates for fit holistically across expertise, motivations, and work environments. A link to the candidate results summary is automatically added to the candidate opportunity in Lever. For more information refer to the Vire Labs website.
Setting up the Vire Labs integration

You must be a team or organization with company admin rights in Vire Labs to install this integration. |
- Log in to your Vire account and access the Integrations page from the navigation menu.
- Click Connect with Lever
- On the prompt, sign-in to your Lever admin account to connect Lever with Vire.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize Vire to access your Lever account.
- After accepting, you will be redirected back to Vire with a confirmation that the connection is active.
You'll return to this page to add jobs, but first you'll need to configure the integration.
Configuring the Vire Labs integration
Enable Webhooks in Lever
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks.
- If it is not already toggled on, toggle the Application Created webhook to enable.
Configure Jobs
- In Lever, navigate to the Jobs dashboard.
- Open the job you want to onboard to Vire.
- Copy the Lever job posting URL from the browser’s address bar.
- Go back to the Integrations page in Vire (https://app.joinvire.com/admin/settings).
- Paste the URL to the job into the input field
- Click Add Job
- After the job is added, Vire will start sending invitation emails to applicants for the job posting. The Integrations page in your Vire dashboard will list all of the jobs that are onboarded.

Using the Vire Labs integration
View Vire Candidate Fit Report in Vire
After a job posting has been onboarded, Vire will evaluate candidate fit for the job posting and post a note on the Opportunity in Lever. The full report (all candidates) is available in your dashboard at https://app.joinvire.com/applicants
- In Vire, navigate to the Applicants dashboard.
- From the Role drop-down, select the Role you want to view.
- All applicants that have been evaluated for candidate fit will display on the page.
- Click View Full Profile to deep dive into the candidate profile.
- You can also access the candidate’s Lever opportunity for this job posting by clicking on View in Lever.
View Vire Candidate Fit Report in Lever
- In Lever, navigate to the Candidates dashboard and open an opportunity.
- Click the Notes tab to review the candidate fit report.
When Vire evaluates a candidates for a job posting, the integration will write a note to the Opportunity with a link to the candidate’s profile on Vire.
Disabling the Vire Labs integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Vire Labs app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
