With the Teen integration with Lever, automatically receive relevant, pre-briefed and interested candidates aligned with your organization's DNA delivered straight to the new leads stage in Lever. For more information refer to the Teen website.
Setting up the Teen integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Teen to install this integration. |
- Go to ats.teenhire.co
- Enter the email your team has shared with the Teen team
- Click Send Login Link
- Check your inbox and click the provided Teen authorization link
- Link Lever by clicking on Link ATS
- Select Lever from the list of ATSs.
- Click Use my credentials (recommended)
- Click Production data
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Next to proceed with authorization
- Under Select your account type, select Production account
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
Using the Teen integration
Link Position in Teen
- In Teen, click Link position
- Search for a position to link. Positions may take a few minutes to appear.
- Click Link Position.
Review New Candidates in Lever
Candidates will begin flowing into Lever in the next 48 hours.

Yes, update or unlink a position from the Teen dashboard at any time under the “…” in the position.
How long does it take for candidates to appear in Lever after linking?
Candidates typically begin appearing within 24 hours, depending on the sourcing criteria and pipeline needs.
Is my candidate data secure?
Absolutely. Teen follows strict data protection protocols and complies with relevant data privacy laws such as GDPR.

Disabling the Teen integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Teen app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
