By integrating with a marketplace of paid job boards, recruiters can post to a variety of niche, geography-specific, or industry-specific platforms directly from Lever, without needing to leave the platform.

How to use

There are three new locations where a user will have the ability to broadcast their newly active published job boards:

After the job is published, Promote Job will display.

Once you view a published job, you will see three horizontal dots at the top. Click this and select Promote Job

Lastly, you will see the Add Job Board option at the bottom of the posting.

Once launched, a job board selection page will appear, allowing you to select one or more options.

Once you have selected which job boards you would like to publish to, you will need to fill in and additional details required by the job boards that you have selected (I.e., salary and hours per week/month).

A summary before purchasing the boards, and a check to ensure sufficient balance is available in the wallet to purchase the boards, will be shown.

Create and add funds to the wallet

You can create a wallet, and adds funds in Settings> Job Broadcast> Job Board Wallet tab.

FAQs

Q. As a multi-brand portfolio, we have multiple accounts for a job board. Does the marketplace support multiple accounts for the same job board?

A. Lever supports multi-brand portfolios, but when broadcasting a job, it will only be tied to/associated with a single Brand.

Q. Lever currently posts on multiple job boards, but will now switch to adding payment to various job boards. Is that correct? 

A. Lever still supports the original job boards' previous feature with no changes; we are not switching, we are adding a new paid-for option

Q. If the job closes within Lever, what happens to it on that externally sponsored job board?

A. The job will also be closed on the sponsored job board.

Q. If we had paid for, say, one month of that sponsored job, but closed it earlier, do we get a refund to our wallet?

A. There is only one job board that can get a partial refund, which is "LinkedIn CPA+". CPA+ is usage-based, so a refund of the difference in usage will be returned. However, no refunds are provided if a job closes before the end of the hiring process. 

Q. Are you able to edit things such as title, etc., so they appear more candidate-friendly on the sponsored site? (i.e., we're a K-12 charter school district, so on our site, we add some specifics such as grade and state listed)

A. You can edit the job fields before you send the jobs to the chosen job board.
