ROI Dashboard provides talent acquisition leaders with dynamic ROI dashboards highlighting the business impact of their hiring efforts. This feature empowers customers to optimize processes, justify investments, and drive better outcomes with Lever by offering transparent metrics and actionable insights.
Accessing the ROI dashboard
To access the ROI dashboard:
- Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header
- Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page to expand the dashboard list
- Select ROI from the dashboard list
Metrics on the ROI dashboard
Metrics on the ROI dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also, remember that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇ icon, and selecting Download data.
Filters can be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any dashboard. Once you have selected or input values into the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. The dashboard may take a few seconds to refresh with your applied filters.

Company Stats
The Company Stats group contains charts that provide you with insight into a variety of metrics related to your candidate pool, as well as pipeline management. These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged at the top of the page.

Total Jobs | The total number of jobs in your account within the timeframe. |
Total Candidates | The count of distinct candidates in the pipeline within the date range. |
Total Hires | The total number of hires that were completed within the specified timeframe |
Total Interviews | The Total number of interviews completed on candidates within your pipeline within the specified timeframe. |
Total Interviews for Hires | The count of interview events associated with Hired candidates within the specified timeframe |
Time to hire
The Time to Hire group of charts will provide your team insight into metrics directly tied to the time it takes to hire a candidate successfully.
Average Time to Hire
These charts will show the time (in days) it took to hire candidates. Use these charts to compare the average times with your industry averages.
