Issue Description
- Due to the 500 Error Outage that began on 02/17/2025, the Lever Platform is experiencing various issues that our engineering team is actively working on to restore full functionality. These issues began stemming from the outage on 02/18/25.
Details
- Users may experience issues with the following:
- Candidates being able to apply to jobs without a resume, even though they are required at time of application.
- Pipeline counts appear to be incorrect; seeing discrepancies between number of candidates present and number of profiles.
- Previously archived candidate profiles showing up with associated general opportunities in the profile.
- Interview Feedback/Notes are missing from the profiles after being submitted.
- Profiles that had existed prior/during the outage are no longer available within Lever.
Workaround
- Currently there are not any proposed workarounds for the above issues.
